How do I place an order?
Once you have made your choice, click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. When you have finished shopping, fill in your personal details and select a payment method. After your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order.
How do I know my order has been successful?
When you have placed your order and completed the payment, you will receive an email confirming your order. As soon as we have prepared your pretty parcel for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Once you have placed an order you can cancel the order as long as it has not been confirmed. Contact us through our contact form to change or cancel your order. If you have a change of heart when your order is already confirmed, we advise you to return your order in accordance with our return instructions. Personalised orders are excluded from returns. Can I return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer you the possibility to exchange the jewels bought, opt for a gift card or get a refund for the goods you wish to return. Personalised orders are excluded from returns. After delivery, you have the right to open the parcel and check your purchase. However, goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging. If the return does not match these terms, we will not be able to exchange or refund your purchase.
If you wish to return a jewel, please send an e-mail to returns@aurumbylaura.com and include your full name and order number in order to receive a return form. You have 15 calendar days to request a return. Read more about making a return on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I order personalized jewelry in the online shop?
Yes, there are plenty of beautiful items that can be personalized to your liking. Simply click on the item that caught your eye and see if you can personalize it to your own taste.

I cannot seem to find a piece of jewelry I have seen on the website or social channels, do you still have it?
The item that caught your eye was probably one of Aurums custom projects or from one of our limited collections that is no longer for sale. Do not despair, but get in touch with a description of the jewel and we will sort out if it is possible to craft it on request.
Can I have my gift wrapped?
All purchases arrive in reusable signature Aurum jewelry pouches. They are a beautiful, sustainable and minimalist way to present and keep your jewelry safe and sound. During the checkout process you can use the “order notes” on the check-out page and put down ‘wrap as a gift’, so we can add a beautiful bow to your present. If desired, we can also add a personal message to your selected jewel. Just add your message to the “order notes” on the check-out page.
Do you offer promotions or sales?
We occasionally offer price reductions on selected items. Leave your details in the box at the bottom of this page to stay in the know. Don’t forget to keep an eye on our website and social media channels.
How do I find out my ring size?
To find out what ring size you need, check out our size guide. You can also find a link to the ring size guide on the product page of every ring. If you would like to know the ring size you bought in the past, you can contact us or log in to your account if you have one.

At Aurum, we are mindful of our impact on the earth, using recycled or fairtrade precious metals and sustainable, ethically-sourced and conflict-free or vintage gemstones.
The made-to-order method encompasses everything we stand for at Aurum. All jewelry that is made at Aurum is specially crafted for you, using only the resources we need to create this special piece for you. This way we drastically reduce the waste and use of water, energy and the precious materials we love to work with. The made-to-order method gives us another wonderful advantage, as you can have a great influence on how your piece turns out. Just contact us through our contact page or social media with your ideas and we will help you create a unique piece of jewelry that will fit you like a glove.
To make as little impact on the earth as possible, we try to keep our packaging minimal and as compact as possible. To package our jewelry we exclusively use small recycled cardboard boxes and Aurums signature reusable cotton and linen pouches.
Shipping your precious goods to your home while maintaining the highest standards for sustainability is not easy. We try to use sustainable shipping companies at all times, and compensate our ecological footprint. When possible we use bicycle couriers (only in the Netherlands, cause, you know, we cycle a lot over here).
